  • Impossible to prove. I am sure there are many other social factors that are more telling than soda consumption. The conductors of the experiment wanted to show the harmful effects of soda and this was one of their conclusions.

  • Not sure about TX, Ore, or Ala, but in Georgia the crops were picked. I have worked in Agriculture and the large corporate are the ones who rely on migrant workers. I don't feel sorry for those Farmers one iota. They are the problem.

  • If you raise minimum wage, you raise the price of everything. Then the amount to live is even greater. I say get rid of the illegals and subsidized lifestyle for millions and you see the country turn around.
